Changing from narrative...

What am I thinking?  I am changing a book that is a quarter done from narating to first person...

This is me

Its OK, its OK.  This will be better.

How is your day going?  What is going on with you amazing authors?  Have you ever done something like this?

Ha! My manuscript is mostly finished (well draft anyway) and I'm seriously debating of changing from first person to third... so yeah, hair pulling might be in my future. I am going to try my best to salvage it as is first if not I'll have to give in, yikes!

Good luck! and have fun? right!

UGH!

I've SO done this before. 'Cept my first draft was literally ALL FINISHED when I decided to make the switch.

It. Was. A. Lot. Of. Work.

Did I mention it was a LOT of work?

IT WAS A LOT OF WORK!!!

But SOOOOOOO worth it! Seriously, lady, if you're gettin' the "I-need-to-switch-my-voice-vibe," listen to the voices on that one!! You won't regret it (despite it being a LOT of work!) Haha ( :

P.s. New stalker alert!!

Yeah, at least you decided this a quarter of the way through instead of at the end :-)

I tried to do something like that once and ended up throwing the book away. But I learned a lot so it was worth it to go through that torture. Good Luck!
