HUGS

Reading makes me think of my father.

I am dyslexic, like super dyslexic.  We have some friends who are married and they are named Tommy and Joy...I call them Jommy and Toy on a regular basic.  As well as Amy and Jared...they are Jamy and arid.

But my father worked hard with me.  We would sit down every week with a new book.  The first book I read the first word of each chapter and he read the rest.  The second book I read the first sentence of each chapter and he read the rest.  The third book I read the first paragraph of each chapter and he read the rest.  We did this till I was reading pages, then chapters then eventually he read a whole book to me and I read a whole book to him.

I think this is were my love of reading comes from.  We went to a Mexican restaurant every Wednesday and read for hours, I had the burrito e-specia-al and a virgin margarita, only I didn't know if it was pronounced virgin or version so I mixed up my pronunciations so I didn't sound silly.
I was 8.

So, when I read books this is how I feel.  (Most of the time.  If its good.)

I'm losing followers because either I suck at writing or because I cant comment on there blogs.
BLAAAAAAAAM THIS PIECE OF CRAP....

If that made no scenes to you then watch this...

OMG, I love that picture!! And what a great story. Can you imagine what it was like for kids before they understood what dyslexia was? So many brilliant people have it - brilliant people like you!

Ah. *hugs* I'm still following. But I've lost a few recently, too. It's a tough crowd out there I guess.
