OK, everyone is jumping off the bridge...and it looks fun!
SO I am joining!
I have to write something everyday except Sunday and of course they have to start with the letter of the day.
Today is the first...Ill bet you know what that means....its A today!
WOOT!
OK, here goes nothing.
A is for Airhead...
Yes, Airhead.
I grew up with ADHD (Which is another A word) People in my family, people in my school and friends all thought (Think) I am an airhead.
Sometimes I wonder if I am actually one or not. I am funny, but I give the credit to the fact that I say whats on my mind when others are smart enough to keep it to themselves. So, I think that just means I'm honest.
I used to be very insecure about how smart I was. BUT now, I know I am smart.
Maybe not smart like my family or friends. But I am smart in other ways. How many of them could write a book? I say being hyper is awesome!
So, moral of my story.
ADHD = Airhead = AWESOME!!

You make airhead a positive thing. Great way to put the spin on it to turn it to your advantage.

Um, you're gorgeous. I L-O-V-E that pic. And smart is different for everyone...I definitely do not have the patience to write a book. I never thought of you as an airhead by the way, not once. I find you very clever!
Hello
I don't know if I ever commented here before I linger and read what you have written but.., I read this post and thought oh wow this looks like fun.
Have a good one!!!

welcome to the challenge!
I like that airhead is a good thing because I'm a bit of one too at times ;)
AIRHEADS UNITE!
It should be a banner.
Airheads have a sense of humor and can appreciate a good laugh.
Nuff said.
I appreciate the positivity in here! You rock :)
Ha! Love it. Do you, like me, need to write your books in small, shiny chunks because you get distracted?
I definetly write what Im feeling, and If I am feeling the end, then I write it. I know fine details well change, but I still need to do it.
Yes, SHiny is a good word for it.
Love your reasoning, sounds good to me ;) And an awesome photo! Lovely meeting you through the Challenge.
Hugs

Our DD1 is the very same as you- ADHD and quite smart (dare I say, brilliant?) and as impulsive as the day is long! Not to mention a pure joy and delight to her parents!
I am also on the ADHD train. It can be good or bad for writing. Sometimes I can't focus on one thing (I have different notebooks for different stories swirling in my head), and sometimes I hyper-focus and can't do anything else until I am done.
Good luck with the challenge!
Welcome to the challenge! Airheads rock!
It's a well known fact that people with ADD/ADHD are often MORE intelligent that those without, since we've had to learn ways to compensate in order to cope. ;D And, if people aren't aware of that fact, I think it makes THEM the airheads...LOL
